By accessing or using the Holacube Agents platform, including our interactive 3D Web environments and Voice/Chat AI Agents, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Zero-Commission Digital Staff Integration

• Holacube Digital Staff are licensed on a Flat Rate subscription basis. We do not charge commissions per sale, conversation, or chat.
• Our AI agents operate 24/7 with a 1-second response SLA, tailored specifically for Restaurants, Clinics, Real Estate, and E-commerce platforms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your API keys and login credentials. You are prohibited from intentionally prompt-injecting, exploiting, or DDoSing the Voice or Chat Agent networks.
